If you're focussing on processing power and speed capabilities of your smartphone with the minor importance of Camera performance, get the Redmi Note 4, but we would like to suggest our users as Xiaomi might launch their Redmi Note 5 within next two months or so. Next, if you're a user who just wants enormous battery life and fluid performance then get the Lenovo P2, but the only con is that it is still running on Android Marshmallow and there is no news regarding its updates too but if you need "best mobile under 15000 with best camera" then Mi A1 is the clear winner here.
